Electric Mason Jar Vacuum Sealer

It isn't perfect, but it works well for most jars and is definitely worth the price. It can take some effort getting it down snug on the top of the jar. Some jars have a large rim below the threads that stick out more than others and this thing will not be able to get past it... so it won't work with those jars. You really need to be able to push this thing all the way down snug for it to work.

Another challenge is getting it on without the silicone gasket curling up and getting snagged. Watch for that. Helps a little to spin it a little back and forth as you are pushing it on.

This can be an effort, and I don't think I'll be using it much on things that I am opening and closing every day. But it is very handy for things that will get stored for longer lengths of time.

The rechargeable battery usb port is very handy. Other than the challenge of getting it on a jar, the rest is simple. Just push the button and wait for it to stop.

This electric mason jar sealers works well with wide mouth and regular mouth jars. It vacuums the air out in around 20-25 seconds. I like that it is cordless and rechargeable. I like to vacuum seal my dry goods in mason jars instead of plastic food containers.
